Make your systems agree
When the systems that run your business won't share data, people re-key orders and stock by hand, duplicates creep in, and one wrong number can hold up a shipment. I wire them together so a number gets entered once and stays right everywhere.
The problem, concretely
Your ERP, MES, e-commerce, logistics, EDI and BI each hold a piece of the truth, and none of them agree. So someone re-types an order from the webshop into the ERP, stock counts drift apart, and a customer gets told something's available when it isn't. Every manual hop is a chance for a typo, and some of those typos cost real money.
How I approach it
I start by mapping where each number really lives and where it needs to go. Then I connect the systems so data flows once, automatically, and stays consistent, whether your ERP is Jeeves, IFS or something else. I build it one flow at a time, starting with the integration that's hurting most, and prove it on real data before moving on. Once the data flows cleanly, the manual steps around it are often worth automating too.
Built to belong to you
I build integrations to be yours, not a vendor's black box. That matters more than it used to. When Jeeves was bought by Forterro, plenty of companies learned how exposed they were. Whoever ends up owning your ERP next, the person who understands your integrations is still me, and the integrations themselves stay documented and under your control.
Common questions
What systems do you integrate?
ERP (Jeeves, IFS and others), MES, e-commerce platforms, logistics and shipping, EDI, BI and reporting, and in-house or custom apps. If it has an API or a database, it can usually be connected.
What happens if my ERP is replaced or acquired?
Your integrations belong to you and stay documented, so a change of vendor doesn't strand you. I stay independent of the vendor, so I can tell you what's right for your business rather than what's right for theirs.
How do you integrate without breaking production?
One flow at a time, proven on real data before it goes live, with the old process still there to fall back on. No big-bang switchover.
Do you work on-site?
On-site with manufacturers here in Västra Götaland when the work needs it, remote with SaaS teams further out — whichever fits how your team works.
